Using New Outlook on Windows for professional communication and productivity
Google makes this work. Fix it please. And maybe have a re-eval of the UX testing pre launch.

FIX IT!!!!! These designers and engineers are so incompetent, stop changing things for change sake!
I simply cannot understand why MS has to every 2-3 years try and reinvent themselves, discontinuing software suites and coming out with 'new' software which does not have feature parity with the outgoing version... It's Amazing. It's absurd. It's staggering. The mail and calendar suite on Windows 10/11 has unified Inbox, sticky vertical calendar scrolling, a very nice interface etc etc... They essentially stopped any meaningful user interface updates on that 2 years ago while presumably working on this 'new' outlook/web mail and calendar suite.. only for it to be missing features. I can almost guarantee you they will stop updating this new version in about 2 years and promise a better version coming in 2026... probably without Mondays on the calendar. I use mail and calendar on my Macbook and its flawless in every aspect. Apple never will discontinue it and replace it with some janky half baked version... instead they BUILD INTO EXISTING SOFTWARE. Microsoft has some serious dizzies in their think tank. FYI... this new outlook web wont sync internet/subscription calendars... when you first subscribe it will sync then will no longer update. To think they are planning on implementing this disaster of a calendar app in a few months. Microsoft is perpetually in beta mode.
Honestly this sucks. Really? Why change this?
