Using New Outlook on Windows for professional communication and productivity
I don't get the current trend for desktop apps to just be a basic skin over the top of a web page (well, I do, it's to not have to bother writing a platform-specific client, but I think it's wrong-headed)
What's the point of having an installed desktop app that's more basic and less functional when you could have a more fully-featured user experience? Kind of like we already have with the old Outlook...
