I find this frustrating as I can't see appointments coming up, Is there another calendar we can use to see the year? Tried to go back to old version but can't. What a stupid change, I dont think anyone asked to change to locked in Month.

    JP,

Take a look at the upper right corner. I don't clearly remember, but you might see a toggle to switch back to the old look.

If that doesn't work, look back on the thread, there is a way to change back. You may have to deinstall/reinstall. That was the path I took. Alas, I don't remember the particulars so you will have to search back.

The trouble is that the new Outlook will be forced on you in the next few months. Thank you very little Microsoft. Many on the thread will be moving away from 365 for exactly that reason. I am looking for alternatives as well. Might just use Thunderbird. It has a calendar, but I have not looked closely at it.

The new Outlook calendar functionality is far less flexible than classic outlook. Although I understand the reasons behind it, the tool needs to be able to do more, not less otherwise what's the point of sticking with it?
