The sent email DOES NOT HAVE YOUR EDITS. This is subtle, and super annoying - how often do you think to check if your e-mail got sent the way you wrote it? I only noticed because I went back to copy some text that I had written for a new e-mail and saw that it was missing from the email as sent.

Removed the reg edit fix line and it does work now this morning. Thanks!

@PS, The way to approach this issue with service-based features or flights is to be on the slowest channel which is Semi Annual Channel. This is probably only possible though if you are using M365 Subscription. You can see more information about the Update Channels on this page, Overview of update channels for Microsoft 365 Apps - Deploy Office | Microsoft Learn . For example, Semi Annual Channel did not have this issue with QuickBooks because features release first to Current Channel, then Monthly Enterprise Channel, and finally Semi Annual Channel. For this reason Semi Annual Channel is deemed the least disruptive channel. If you are on M365 you could put all your users on SAC Channel and avoid first to release features that might impact third party integration.

When sending emails from QuickBooks with Outlook, edits are discarded and the mail is sent as created by Quickbooks.
