I do not want to just export my current outlook calendar events. I want an accurate and current version of my outlook calendar to be viewable in my google calendar.
All the tutorials I have tried only allow exporting. Once I make changes in my outlook calendar, they do not sync when viewed my google calendar.
Wanting to know if there is even a way to do this as I have spent a lot of time trying and failing.

I swore this used to work before. Was able to sync my office outlook calendar to google then it stopped working. Must be company policy.

Yes, same here. Got my cal to show up in google cal but no luck with updates. I'll check in 24 hours as I had it set up with "busy" blocks and that seemed to sync. It's not a usable situation as I can't edit events in Google.
I use gSyncit which does a good job of bidirectional sync between the Outlook desktop app and Google calendar. It's an Outlook plugin, so this is a solution for Outlook desktop app users (and not for Outlook online or Outlook Android folks). I've found it to be solid and a good $20 investment. I can create/edit/delete events in Outlook or Google calendar and the next time the plugin's sync runs (configurable), the calendars are identical. Tons of configuration options. I use it to keep multiple (personal/work) calendars in sync.
When did the Outlook app get this feature for corporate accounts? This is a lifesaver
