I do not want to just export my current outlook calendar events. I want an accurate and current version of my outlook calendar to be viewable in my google calendar.
All the tutorials I have tried only allow exporting. Once I make changes in my outlook calendar, they do not sync when viewed my google calendar.
Wanting to know if there is even a way to do this as I have spent a lot of time trying and failing.

I swore this used to work before. Was able to sync my office outlook calendar to google then it stopped working. Must be company policy.

Agreed. I hate using Microsoft. So many issues and no way to get answers. GoDaddy, which supports my Outlook, is where I tend to go for help. I thought I would stop here first before calling them. I can easily connect gmail to Outlook, but would like it to sync from the other direction as well.
I found the same issue as YNY.. you get to #4 and there are no options to Sync, at least not in that menu.
As stated, under the gear-icon for Settings, you now click on "Calendar".
Click on "Sync calendars"
Here I see my two Google accounts listed, both with the On/Off toggle in the darkened "Off" position. I cannot enable either of my accounts with Outlook.
From my android this worked for me.
- Turn on the "sync calendars" option, allow access to your calendar if needed.
- Check your Google calendar app to confirm outlook calendar items are there.
All good for me bfree345 up until point 4. I have no option to 'sync' anything.
I'm reaching the conclusion that it is not possible to add and sync the two accounts together if your go-to calendar is Google. Yes I can see them in Outlook but my personal stuff inc birthdays etc is Google....
