Did quick parts disappear with the new outlook? I can't access my old quick parts or make new ones.

According to your description, I really understand that you are referring to the current features in New Outlook preview. And based on my research, i got the same result as yours, I didn't find quick parts in new outlook. I'm afraid many options in legacy Outlook are not all available yet in New Outlook preview, Getting started with the new Outlook for Windows - Microsoft Support.

Please kindly understand that many functions are not designed at present. To get this feature more quickly, I suggest creating an entry as a feature suggestion in feedback collection at Outlook · Community (microsoft.com) and many other users could vote for it. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. You can also make suggestions on that website and hope Microsoft will notice this in the future.

I second this, why is quick parts missing... templates does not stay with the user, please add quick parts back! If anything, merge templates and quick parts together into one thing for a more intuitive experience

Not having quick parts just set my work time back quite a bit. Now I'm going to have to create a separate Word doc to store my QP because the templates don't allow me to add pictures or links inside text. I understand it takes time to program but I do wish MS wouldn't release things until a lot of the popular and most used features are ready. For example, is it really a good idea to put an icon front and center to change signatures, and at least 3 icons for Gfycat, GIPHY and emoji? Not at all impressed with the "new" MS yet. Thank you MS for taking me back to the 1980's and making my work take much longer than necessary.

What a really unsatisfactory reply. Although it may all be true it is so poor to remove functions that clearly many people rely on. A work around is obviously possible but why should it be necessary. Product development should be a move forward not backwards.

Quick Parts has been hidden in [Insert] and then go to the ellipsis and a drop down will render that includes Quick parts. You can customize your Quick Action Tool Bar Quick Parts but you have to go through More Commands | [Insert] | and the "+" to get to Quick Parts.
