Yes, completely agree. Why remove the one thing that was working to replace it with Junk that doesn't.
Did quick parts disappear with the new outlook? I can't access my old quick parts or make new ones.

Did quick parts disappear with the new outlook? I can't access my old quick parts or make new ones. I used this feature daily, I can't find it at all now.

2024-03-13T15:17:55+00:00 @Jennifer Springer Unless you are notifying us that the "Template"s code has been rebuilt to reflect the advance capability that quick parts this response is not helpful. The key is that Quickparts is what we want, and templates lacks the capability.
I don't work for MS, so I can't speak on the code. I tried Template for the inserting of standard text, that I frequently use, into email replies and it worked fine for that application. Good luck, I hope it works for you since I'm not sure if MS plans to add Quick Parts into new version. I hope they do though. It seemed easier to access.
