Did quick parts disappear with the new outlook? I can't access my old quick parts or make new ones.

A little late to the party- but I'm here now... Lol -

This is absolutely FANTASTIC and will be a PERFECT solution for me. I already have created 4 email templates/ OLT files that each contain their own "Quick Parts" and "Building Blocks," depending on what type of email I need to send.

The shortcut links I have on my desktop, per your suggestion, pull up each email template quickly and beautifully- I'll be debuting it's use tomorrow :)

I agree, this is absurd. As a relatively late adopter of quick parts, embracing it greatly improved my workflow. Time for MS to step up and get this done.

You can go back to the old Outlook. I have the option to switch to the New Outlook now, but I decided to go back to the old Outlook since that still has the Quick Parts. I hope that helps.

Really frustrating that Quickparts is not supported in the new Outlook, I have switched back to the current version.

I also drag and drop e-mails to One Note, another time saving feature that is missing in the new Outlook.

Lets hope they listen to the feed back.
