Outlook is returning Remote Server returned '421 4.3.2 Service not available' for two of my groups.outlook.com groups

Yesterday and today outlook.com is refusing all group email.
I have two different groups that I use weekly. Today I get this message.'

I create a NEW group to test and it ALSO returns the same error.

    I am still not sure if this is a Microsoft problem or something I created along the way. It is annoying either way.

    On-going issue for me. Hard to pinpoint when it has started, but it has been going on two weeks. Please advise on ETA for a fix, so that I can understand how much time I need to invest in any work arounds.
