Outlook is returning Remote Server returned '421 4.3.2 Service not available' for two of my groups.outlook.com groups

Yesterday and today outlook.com is refusing all group email.
I have two different groups that I use weekly. Today I get this message.'

WHAT IS GOING ON WITH OUTLOOK GROUPS??

I create a NEW group to test and it ALSO returns the same error.

    It worked for a few days but its happening again. Sent 2 emails to group and they bounced back this morning. Unbelievable that the mighty Microsoft can’t get this resolved after several weeks.

    See my response to SQLSmiles (for context). I've just checked and found that I can't view members for the original group (which I could a day or two ago) but there is no problem with the new group I set up (that mirrors the original group).

    So essentially I recreated the original group under a new name, which (touch wood) seems to work without problems. My group has 44 members and I was able to do this by opening two instances of Hotmail and comparing the new and old groups side by side.

    I should add that I don't use 354 and access my hotmail directly through my browser. The contact viewing problem is a new one for me.

    System still will not display my Group Contacts.

    On Saturday the group email still does not work. Received same error code as previous "Remote Server returned '421 4.3.2 Service not available"
