Its a bit rubbish isn't it.? ..might have to go to googlemail service. So annoying! its been weeks....but thank you so much for finding this out at the very least x
I am also having problems with group emails. Apparently many others are as well and this has been going on for almost 2 weeks. Is Microsoft even trying to fix the issue???
No response or update to the case I opened. Microsoft has been too quiet on this subject.

It's extremely frustrating and the lack of effective communication is very poor customer service. I came across the article below, which might possibly point to the source of the problem. It also says that it is complex to rectify. On the one hand I can understand that Microsoft would not want to broadcast that their servers had been attacked and they have a problem; on the other hand, they need to be a bit more informative - just repeating that engineers are working on it doesn't cut the mustard. I'm going to try something tonight to see if it will act as a work-around, although it my be laborious. If it does, I'll let you know.
