Yesterday and today outlook.com is refusing all group email.
I have two different groups that I use weekly. Today I get this message.'

This situation is seriously affecting my work. But every day, as you say, seems to be 'we are working on it.' I struggle to believe that Microsoft cannot apply themselves more quickly to this problem if they chose to.
All I keep getting from them is "Thank you for writing back to us, Let me educate that its a known issue and our engineering team is working on it and once the issue is resolved we will update you regarding the same within 24 to 48 hours." I've had that three times now in the last 13 days.
