Outlook is returning Remote Server returned '421 4.3.2 Service not available' for two of my groups.outlook.com groups

Yesterday and today outlook.com is refusing all group email.
I have two different groups that I use weekly. Today I get this message.'

WHAT IS GOING ON WITH OUTLOOK GROUPS??

I create a NEW group to test and it ALSO returns the same error.

    There is a problem with the service-

    Title: Users may be unable to send email to Outlook.com groups

    User Impact: Users may be unable to send email to Outlook.com groups.

    More info: Users that encounter this problem receive an error stating there was a delivery failure to the recipient.

    Current status: We're reviewing available service telemetry and user-provided data to assess the cause of this problem and how we'll resolve it.

    I created a new Group with the same members yesterday, which seems to have worked. I then sent a round robin to both groups; some received both but most said they received the new Group. I sent a post to the new group yesterday, which seems to have worked. I sent another 15 minutes ago and so far there has been no bounce back or error message (fingers crossed).

    Ever since Microsoft closed their in-house testing regime in favour of relying on external testers, updates, both notified and unnotified, have caused as much trouble as they have fixed because they are not being properly tested.

    Looks like this has finally been fixed. Crikey, it took a long time for MS to fix this. Hope this is not a sign of things to come with the Outlook web mail. I've just switched from GMail. Please don't make me go back.

    Current status: We've identified another service update that is contributing to the impact. We're preparing to revert this update, which we expect will resolve the problem in full.
