How to remove [External] from Outlook emails, users are getting furious

Since early December all of our Outlook365 users (in all tenants) have been getting the tag [External] in the subject line of their Outlook, and want it removed. I am only finding PS scripts which do not work. I have searched the settings and security areas of the admin console but have not found anything. Please help!

2024-04-29T07:19:19+00:00 The simplest solution I have found is move the 'From' column to a position other than first - I usually have 'Received' then 'From', followed by other columns..

2024-02-22T15:57:09+00:00 Hi. I agree they create these changes, don't ask the users what they want, then cant understand when we complain.
Also it is probably Microsoft employing school leavers who dont know any different and have no checks to go through before implementation.
It makes perfect sense if you are going to add something to create a way of turning it off.

2024-01-29T13:44:08+00:00 Out of all of the annoying M365 features, you have outdone yourself with the "External" box on each e-mail. Have you considered moving it to the right so it doesn't cover the name of the sender? Thanks.
