One more vote for showstopper. Rules are a must have function for all accounts or tool is worthless.

Is anyone at Microsoft responsible to releasing new products without some level of testing and consumer feedback in advance? This looks like a bunch of people sitting around the lunch table thought they did enough work on the new outlook (perhaps their target date came before they finished?) and they decided to release it to the world without any notifications to the missing functionality? Unbelievable this could happen with one of the largest (and most trusted) software companies in the world.

If the intent is to replace Outlook 365 with this version you have a lot of work to do and this version was prematurely released, or at the very least a warning to paid subscribers would have been included that that features have been eliminated.

I spend several hours installing and connecting my email accounts only to be disappointed with the new flavor.

Lastly, if this is geared as a replacement, a script or program should have been included to automatically configure with the User Credentials and accounts (perhaps with opt-out option from the existing email accounts.????

Hello folks, the rule functionality was very handy and helpful. It seems that I am not only one here, but would be great if I can be the one out of many benefiting from getting this back to the outlook.
