We understand you are try to set email rules in New Outlook. To add/edit mailbox rules, please follow below steps:
- Select the emails and right click it, find Advanced Actions

- Setup inbox rules via Outlook for web:Inbox rules in Outlook Web App - Microsoft Support.
I tried the above steps, but when I right-click on an email, I do not have an "Advanced" menu item.

Why in the world have you ruined a good thing? I've tried repeatedly to follow you instructions and absolutely none of those suggestions appear. Is the current crop of developers at MS trying to have us move to a MAC? It sure seems like it...
