Typical Microsoft ****implementation of a new/upgrade...
I am having the same issue as Bishoy 17294018. There is no "Advanced Options," and no "rules" anywhere in the new Outlook for the web. I have 5 different email addresses and on some I receive about 50-60 emails a day and it would be helpful to be able to send some to a folder or to junk. Instead of having to go through each email. Anything you can do to help? Thanks for any assist. joe
My version of "New Outlook" does not have "Advanced actions" or many of the dropdown options shown in the purported solution. Are there different versions of "New Outlook".
I know people are saying it doesn't work for Gmail accounts, but I have Comcast, not Gmail. There still is no Rule function, no Advanced function, no nothing! The main reason I use Outlook is for the ability to sort my mail into folders. Why would they eliminate such a useful function?
Because they don't listen to their customers.
