    No.. it doesn't
    No rules UNLESS you are using a MS account (e.g. @outlook.com)
    So you can't have rules on (for example) ones gmail account.
    The option is just not there.

    Its been taken away (because it IS there in the old Outlook)

    Well .. that's just ****, because rules work fine in the old version of Outlook, but not in the new one.

    I finally reached a live person today and, after a long ordeal of sharing my screen with them, was told the reason I don't have access to 'Create Rules' is that the company's domain name is not registered with Microsoft.

    I am using Outlook for Microsoft 365

    MSO (Version 2410 Build 16.0.18129.20100) 64 bit

    Everything works great. Address book and message rules all working fine.

    When I go to the server and log in I can get in but then I can't see any kind of emails at all.
