Tried to follow your instructions in order to set up 'RULES' but I can't see it at all. In the old 'CLASSIC OUTLOOK', it was very simple to do. I see mention for reverting back to the classic version of Outlook. How would I do that? The old outlook was far, far superior to what I am presented with here. I am running with WIN 11 and bought Microsoft 365. Word and Excel seem to be fine; it is just that Outlook is a mess!

    Thanks

It literally does no good to post ANYTHING to these forums. Microsoft does not monitor nor care about problems with their software.

One more vote for showstopper. Rules are a must have function for all accounts or tool is worthless.

I also set rules for sent items, the new version of outlook appears to only allow rules to be set for the Inbox!

    Definitely a HUGE backwards step!!!

Reverting to the old version as I cannot perform my job easily with the new one.
