    We understand you are try to set email rules in New Outlook. To add/edit mailbox rules, please follow below steps:

    I tried the above steps, but when I right-click on an email, I do not have an "Advanced" menu item.

    We understand you are try to set email rules in New Outlook. To add/edit mailbox rules, please follow below steps:

    • Select the emails and right click it, find Advanced Actions
    • Click "Create rule" Image

    Or you can also to goSettings--->Mail--->Rules--->Add new rules

    If you are not happy with the ways in New Outlook, there are two workarounds for your reference:

    1. Revert to classic outlook and setup mailbox rules.
    2. Setup inbox rules via Outlook for web:Inbox rules in Outlook Web App - Microsoft Support.

    In addition, since the new outlook still has some limits, our product team is still updating more features on it, and you can submit your feedback via the in-app support Help-->feedback from your new outlook Contact support and provide feedback within the new Outlook for Windows - Microsoft Support

    I would also like to know if rules are available for Google Workspace domains. My company pays for office365 and I can only use the outlook desktop client because of that but if the new outlook doesn't have feature parity with Google Workspace accounts then it's not an option for me.
