2024-03-28T20:59:40+00:00 I have the same issue. I find it incredible that Microsoft is turning a blind eye to the simple issue. It is a fundamental option to have that they had working fine in old Outlook.

2024-03-28T20:01:09+00:00 In my version of Outlook, right clicking on an email does not give the option of Advanced Actions. and therefore rules cannot be set.

These settings are applied at the account level:
cedar.glen@XXXXXXX
Inbox rules are not supported for the selected account.
Why? in classic outlook - this account was supported
