    To my understanding, when talking to Micrsoft yesterday, if your Domaine name is not registered with them, you will never be able to create rules.

    I'm thinking of going back to the old version of Outlook as I also need it.

    I agree. UGH!! I guess I'll go back to the old one. Not sure how long it will allow me use it.

    Well .. that's just ****, because rules work fine in the old version of Outlook, but not in the new one.

    I WISH WHO EVER UPDATED THIS NEW OUTLOOK GOT FIRED AND WON'T FIND ANY JOB ANYWHERE!!! JUST SO STUPID UPDATE! I CAN'T EVEN USE THE RULES SETTINGS ANYMORE!

    i totally agree with you.

    i went back to original outlook - fortunately it was still there and am now using it.

    SO MUCH EASIER
