How do I sort my inbox by categories in the new outlook like I could in the old one?
Ive gone through all of the settings and cannot find an option to do so.

I was looking for a solution to the same problem. I use the categories (and group my mail by them) as part of my workflow, and as awesome as the new Outlook is, I can't use it without being able to sort my emails by categories. So I submitted a feedback suggestion! I hope this gets added back in.
My entire day is driven by categories. Not having this as a "sort" option or even as a view setting i must admit, was shocking.
I live and work by category sorting. I love to be an early adopter, but I have to switch back to the old view until this way of organizing is available. This feature has my vote too once you are fully open for business. Thanks!
I've also had the same issue - I've had to go back to the old look outlook because I can't work from my inbox without being able to sort by category. Hopefully this feature is carried across soon!
This needs to be added ASAP - I only work with categories also. Lost without it.
