Hello,
Has anyone seen an issue where the outlook app on MacBook pro is not syncing sent messages in the local sent folder with the sent folder on the email server? This issue is for a domain and email hosted through a 3rd party hosting provider. The outlook app uses IMAP settings to connect to the email account.
The emails, however, are being sent to the destination, and it is just that a copy stored in the sent folder of the outlook app is not syncing with that of the email server through IMAP.
I would appreciate any ideas on how to fix this. Many thanks for considering my request.

These are the exact symptoms I have been experiencing. Unfortunately, Microsoft's response is 'cold,' as shared in my previous message.
I have been looking for updates in a vain attempt, including in the Beta channel!
I've reverted back to the legacy version which works fine. Unfortunately any emails I've sent while being on the 'new and improved' version have gone, but at least I'm limiting the damage now.
Same issue here. It is really a shame the M$ is not able to resolve this issue. I expect them to force us in the upcoming months to switch to the new outlook version. If that is the case, I will ditch outlook and revert to Apple Mail.
There is a new update for outlook. Does anyone knows if this update fixes the problem with syncing sent emails?
