Hi All
I'm loving the new Outlook, however I'm having real difficulty manually sorting my email folders.
Clicking & dragging the folder, only allows me to drop the folder INTO another folder, but doesn't allow me to drop it in between other folders (meaning I cannot re-arrange / sort the folders manually).
Right clicking the folder and clicking "Move", again only allows me to move the folder INTO another folder. There is no "move up or down" option unfortunately.
It is currently sorting my folders in alphabetical order, but I wish to change this. I have been through all the settings and cannot find anywhere I can manually sort my email folders.
Can anyone assist?

is this fixed yet? I was forced to move to the new outlook and this is the 3rd item that does not function the way it did and you dont know that till you go to do it.
Echoing other comments, I need this as well. I'm working on several different projects at a time with varying degrees of urgency, so being able to move folders around like this posts describes is a big need of mine right now.
I have a workaround.
* For example, if I wanted a folder to appear last, I would move it first
NOTE: Until they resolve the issue, this is the workaround I have found that works

- Created a temporary folder named Temp
- Moved all folders into the Temp folder
- One at a time, I moved folders from Temp to Inbox based on how I wanted them to appear

- Deleted Temp folder

This is ok if you have only a few folders that never change order. It wont work for a business where we deal with hundreds of folders that are continually being added, change tpiortity, and archived.
The EASY FIX IS FOR MICROSOFT TO ENABLE MANUAL SORTING!
