Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
This is what happens when IT does the SOFT launch (aka Preview or Agile MVP).
Minimum Viable Product is so minimal. ...
Think about how many times we all lose productivity, because some marketing department decided they needed to change things to justify their existence. It's like we are part of their experiment or unwanted survey.
It's bad enough when they change the entire ribbon on some of these apps .. hours lost, but in the past at least it seemed like the basic smart stuff was in the release, you just had to figure out where they put the setup for it.
6 months you guys have been on this. So far work hasn't switched us to it.
Another thing I hate and I'm sure its to make the desktop version so mobile friendly, but the new outlook, everything is too big. The calendar preview on the right could be about 4 font sizes smaller for the desktop browsers.
Well I'll believe this change when I see it. Even if they took the drag off the main interface and had it in a tree option setup like we have to do to Word/Excel to get it tweaked like we like it.
.... Keep this thread alive until it's fixed.
