Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Same issues, but also, not able to sort alphabetically. I have right clicked on the folder and there is no option to force it to do so.

Hi All
I'm loving the new Outlook, however I'm having real difficulty manually sorting my email folders.
Clicking & dragging the folder, only allows me to drop the folder INTO another folder, but doesn't allow me to drop it in between other folders (meaning I cannot re-arrange / sort the folders manually).
Right clicking the folder and clicking "Move", again only allows me to move the folder INTO another folder. There is no "move up or down" option unfortunately.
It is currently sorting my folders in alphabetical order, but I wish to change this. I have been through all the settings and cannot find anywhere I can manually sort my email folders.
Can anyone assist?
Thank you
Thomas

Same issues, but also, not able to sort alphabetically. I have right clicked on the folder and there is no option to force it to do so.
Closing and reopening fixed my issue, however, that is not convenient at all.
Adding to Favorites also doesn't show the subfolders of the folder you added to Favorites.
If you add the subfolder to Favorites it just creates a new Favorite and doesn't 'sub-folder' it. Which makes sense in a way.
I wanted to point out however that Favorites doesn't work for ordering if you're using sub-folders as well.
Seconded.
When will this update come? Simple thing, but greatly needed
