Cannot manually sort folders with new Outlook

Hi All

I'm loving the new Outlook, however I'm having real difficulty manually sorting my email folders.

Clicking & dragging the folder, only allows me to drop the folder INTO another folder, but doesn't allow me to drop it in between other folders (meaning I cannot re-arrange / sort the folders manually).

Right clicking the folder and clicking "Move", again only allows me to move the folder INTO another folder. There is no "move up or down" option unfortunately.

It is currently sorting my folders in alphabetical order, but I wish to change this. I have been through all the settings and cannot find anywhere I can manually sort my email folders.

Can anyone assist?

Thank you

Thomas

Hi. Is New outlook still in the review phase?

Im really hoping the function allowing folder reordering is coming soon.

I do have them in the favorites tab in the order I like but I would like to be able to arrange all of my files in the order of my choosing.

    Is that in the works?

    Thanks. Shannon

I don't have the option of 'sort folders' in the new outlook, and the roll out with the update seems to be not available to me here in Australia.
