Cannot manually sort folders with new Outlook

Hi All

I'm loving the new Outlook, however I'm having real difficulty manually sorting my email folders.

Clicking & dragging the folder, only allows me to drop the folder INTO another folder, but doesn't allow me to drop it in between other folders (meaning I cannot re-arrange / sort the folders manually).

Right clicking the folder and clicking "Move", again only allows me to move the folder INTO another folder. There is no "move up or down" option unfortunately.

It is currently sorting my folders in alphabetical order, but I wish to change this. I have been through all the settings and cannot find anywhere I can manually sort my email folders.

Can anyone assist?

Thank you

Thomas

    BUMP

Please get this added ASAP as new Outlook is unusable without it.

We cannot use it in my organisation until this is resolved.

I mean it would be nice if I could even get the folders to sort alphabetically, but apparently that is no longer an option in the app starting last week.

This is the first thing I noticed when switching over to the new Outlook, and it makes it very difficult to organize and prioritize my emails.

    Please prioritize this issue.

Another work around is to rename folders and add sequential numbers to sort in your folders in a preferred order vs. alphabetical. Microsoft should definitely add the option to manually sort folders (without the numbering my least used folder is at the top of the list!)
