Where is the option for the "Search Folders" where we can save searches ?

Unbelievable. We are almost halfway through the 3rd decade of the 21st century and Microsoft can't get this right?
Who knew Classic Outlook would look so good?

I went back to classic outlook and not planning on moving forward until functionalities like this are re-established.
if you go to the filter icon and click the drop down arrow and go to the bottom to more filters it will pop a search bar up at the very top. from there you can click in search and then there's more drop downs to the left and some suggested actions down low.
Can you please post a screenshot? I am not seeing any of this! :)
