New Outlook - Where is the option for the "Search Folders" where we can save searches ?

Hi, I also use this. If I need a "search folder" I build a rule to tag it on the way in. This isn't great as you want to be able to say things like "email is older than 1 week".

If anyone is thinking of doing this, please be aware that if you create a "favorite" that is a tag it will search ALL your email, not just your inbox, for example. So if you have a system of triaging which requires you to ignore emails that are archived you will always need to click on the favorite and then constrain to "Inbox".

Is this perfect? No, but it does work for now (sort of, with caveats).

I have a FIND ribbon item that only has "Discover Groups" in it. I found it only by going to the Customize ribbon options on the ellipses menu ( ...) There were no available options to enable or add items to the FInd "Group" of actions/buttons on the New Outlook version I have installed.

This may mean that some of us are on different release versions / cycles than others.

I found another work around, I've created rules with categories attached.

When you go to favorites, you can simply type the name of the category, and it will appear as favorite looking through all the mail accounts for these categorised mails and show them in the favorite.
