Using older versions of Outlook for Mac in business environments
Diane (slipstick.com) is the only public tech entity to reach out so far to those of us hurting – through no fault of our own. At this point I don’t care whose fault it is. It has been almost a month now jumping through hoops to prevent losing our emails and our minds.
Where is the rest of the tech industry? This is a major issue that affect many, many people. The silence has been deafening from mainstream tech organizations like Apple, Microsoft, Yahoo, CNET, ZDNET, AskWoody, etc., etc., etc. It might help if the audience was wider. Nevertheless, this requires, at the very least, collaboration of the major players – specifically M$, Apple, & Yahoo - whether it is their problem or not.
This old fossil has been involved in computers since 1965 (think Univac II) and I thought I saw or experienced it all until this debacle. End of Rant, Thanks
