Change default location for downloading attachments

I can't believe I have to ask something so dumb but how to I make Outlook ask me every time where to save the email attachments that I am downloading instead of automatically putting them in the Downloads folder?

    How come? Microsoft don't even know that they have new Outlook. The issue has been unsolved for more than a year.

    But you can't access the ribbon when you preview an attachment

    Doesn't work any more. I tried it and worked when you proposed it, but now has stopped doing it. Maybe Microsoft does its best to make our lives difficult

    Thank you for this tip. I have now gone back to the "Old" outlook as this newer version is a disaster to use.

    I noticed the same. I couldn't find any shortcut that worked (ctrl+s, ctrl+shift+s, F12), but you can click Save As in the ribbon after opening the preview:
