When clicking a PDF attached to a message on the NEW outlook 2023 ( Microsoft Outlook Version 1.2023.427.500 (Production) Client Version is 20230421002.12) ,There is a Preview screen that opens to the left of the message with the PDF.
If I would like, for instance, to sign or add text to the PDF document I have received , there is no way I can open it in Adobe Acrobat unless I download, save to my PC (also very complicated...see my previous question in this forum) and then double click to open.
Can someone direct me please to a better way?

This is not the solution to this problem, we dont want the extra step of downloading the file. In old outlook you click the pdf and it directly opens up through your default pdf viewer.
How the heck is Katherine Yu's generic response considered an answer?
This is not a solution to the issue.
I do not want to download and then open it.
I want to view it like the current working Outlook does, without extra steps.
This is a programming issue, not a user issue.
