When clicking a PDF attached to a message on the NEW outlook 2023 ( Microsoft Outlook Version 1.2023.427.500 (Production) Client Version is 20230421002.12) ,There is a Preview screen that opens to the left of the message with the PDF.
If I would like, for instance, to sign or add text to the PDF document I have received , there is no way I can open it in Adobe Acrobat unless I download, save to my PC (also very complicated...see my previous question in this forum) and then double click to open.
Can someone direct me please to a better way?

I hate Microsoft and the virus like way it tries to take over MY computer. I do not want Bing or Edge. I want pdfs to open in the App I choose. I have wasted so much time on trying to correct your crappy product so it does what I WANT and not what you dictate. This needs resolving ASAP
I am going to do the same. I was really trying to make it work. Also not being unable to download to a folder of my choosing sucks.
