I was having an issue figuring out how the spell check worked. My coworker said when you are in a New Message window, and the Message tab, at the top far right of the ribbon, click the "..." and go down to Editor, and then Editor Settings.

At first, when I tried this, Editor was greyed out, but it might have been because I was already in the middle of composing an email. When I opened a new message I was able to get to the Editor Settings.

All the settings were already enabled, but it seemed I had to open the Editor settings at least once for it to "activate" Now spell check works in my Outlook.

Right-clicking a misspelled word won't work. You have to left-click the word to see the spell-check suggestions.

    You are correct. It will underline a misspelled word, however right or left clicking on it gives you nothing, no options etc. I do see MS Editor at the top but it darkened and I cannot click on it either to activate it.

    I am using Microsoft Outlook Version 1.2023.719.200 (Production) and client Version is 20230721005.05 with the Windows 10 OS.

    The autocorrect function is allegedly included with the "New Outlook for Windows Preview." Be that as it may, autocorrect does not work in the version of Outlook that I am using. I have many Word autocorrect entries that enable me to write correspondence far faster than it takes to write each individual work.

    As it does not function in this version of the New Outlook, it is sorely missed.

    It is to be hoped that this function shall be included and fully operational in the next version of the New Outlooks.
