    Like others in this post, I am disappointed that MS removed the recall feature! Please re-instate it.

    I can't tell from your screen shot but if you are using the New Outlook, note that Recall Message is not supported in that version yet.

    In the classic version of Outlook, Recall does not work for all types of accounts. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/office/recall-or-replace-a-sent-email-8e564127-15a0-4cf6-b974-f2101f5e256e.
