There is sparse documentation about this but if from New Outlook you select 'help', 'help' and search for 'Recall' you get

And then info on how to use Undo Send.

That means a coder from the Microsoft Outlook team decided not to make it compatible with Windows. It makes no sense. I know you are letting us know, but again, it doesn't make any sense to be taking away technological features. I can't fathom a coder or a software business taking away capabilities in a software...they would by instinct want to elaborate the feature even more not take it away.

To add insult to injury it took me a significant amount of time searching for the recall option, and then searching for documentation about the recall option, before I finally found that it doesn't exist.
