    Initially, this command wasn't supported in the New Outlook, but if you have a recent version, the command has been (re-)introduced. Open your sent email in a separate window and look in the Respond group on the ribbon.

    I HATE THIS NEW FEATURE OR LACK THEREOF! Microsoft - you have a lot of explaining to do; y'all charge an arm and a leg for subscriptions, for what seems to be sub-par products nowadays! BRING THE RECALL FEATURE BACK!

    Hi Microsoft Team,

    Similar to other users, I also agree that undo is not same as recall option. Recall is mandatory functionality that needs to be retained in the new outlook version. Recall will also notify the sender whether the message has been recalled or not based on receiver's read status. Kindly enable recall functionality to the new outlook version otherwise upgrading without previous version features is of no use.

    What you can do is send feedback via Help > Feedback in the new Outlook.
