I have switched over to the "New Outlook" and some functions did not switch over also. How do I turn on the auto capitalization of the 1st word of a sentence? How do I turn back on auto capitalizing the letter i? Thank you for any help!!!!

I agree with all other comments. These are major issues and I will have to go back to the classic Outlook for now till these issues are fixed.
New Outlook just SUCKS. I tried, and there are so many things about it that are worse than the current/old version.
This is still not fixed after all this time! Come on, get with the program!
It never ceases to amaze me that all of these "improvements" do nothing but make their products less functional and/or more cumbersome.
Not only this, but after trying the new Outlook for several days I discovered several other inconvenient omissions. New Outlook = New Coke (for those of us who grew up in or remember the '80s).
never did I think that 80s coke and Microsoft office would be a reference in 2024
I concur with your sentiments though.... you cant even drag and drop attachments from other emails any more
