I don't know what is going on, and I have tried to change my time zones in Outlook.Office365.com around to see if that fixes the issue.
I use Outlook's Interests/Sports Calendar for sporting events going on in and around Seattle. When I added the sports teams to the calendar, I am getting the wrong start times. (I would include a screenshot, but the system would not allow to me insert image.)
Please look into this bug and correct as soon as possible. Otherwise these Outlook provided calendars are useless.

I've used this in the past also, but their privacy policy and access requests leave something to be desired.
I had opened a chat with MS that switched to email and they stopped responding despite me sending the info requested.
Not sure this has anything to do with the problem, but as I experiment, I noticed that removing the Chicago White Sox calendar from the web Outlook calendar does not remove it from the iPhone Outlook client. I have to go into the phone and delete the calendar there too(it also has the wrong times).
Same here. Definitely Microsoft's problem. In Eastern time zone and all start times are delayed by 4 hours. Real PITA, can't wait for them to fix this issue. Being told the game is starting well over an hour after it ended is worse than useless.
It's something on their back end that isn't updating. They either don't know about the issue (even though we are bring it up), don't know what the issue is, or very low on their priority list. 🤷
