I don't know what is going on, and I have tried to change my time zones in Outlook.Office365.com around to see if that fixes the issue.
I use Outlook's Interests/Sports Calendar for sporting events going on in and around Seattle. When I added the sports teams to the calendar, I am getting the wrong start times. (I would include a screenshot, but the system would not allow to me insert image.)
Please look into this bug and correct as soon as possible. Otherwise these Outlook provided calendars are useless.

I just found a site called fixturedownload.com that allows you to set a timezone and download fixtures in a variety of formats. I was able to download ICS and import into my outlook calendar and it works great. So far anyway.
Will see how it goes and will see if it's available next season as well.
I did the same in the end. I mean hundreds of posts world wide indicates a real breakdown in the technology. I left the calendar so I would know when the games were on but changed all the times. Thanks for responding
Yep same with mine. Unfortunately I can’t find any other calendars that do National Rugby League in Australia. We’ve only got a couple of weeks left of finals before the season is over - I think I might set up my own entries and remove the Bing calendar and try again next year.
Shame.
To all that tried, I did as well and now have everything set up on the ESPN rokt calendar. Works perfectly and even tells me what network I can watch on as well. I have baseball, football and college football. It has many other calendars as well.. I customized the name of the calendars and the colors as well.
