Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Hi Jessa,
What version are you running? I can add the shared folder to the favourites but I cant add the individual sub folders unless I'm missing something.

Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

Yes, what version of Outlook do you have?
Thanks,

Yes, they finally managed to add this functionality.
I'm running
Microsoft Outlook Version: 1.2025.213.300 (Production)
Hi Paul,
How do you do it? I've tried searching it and I can add the account but not the inbox. I've tried dragging it and that doesn't work. I'm on the same version as you.
Thanks,
Simon
I have the same build, but I can't seem to find any new context menu option to add an inbox folder under 'Shared with Me' to Favourites.
I can pin the Favourites section so it floats above other items, but when I try to add it from there, it only allows me to pin the contact.
