Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
When will this be fixed?
ID 388913 has been scheduled to roll out every month for 8 months.
We really need this now.
Will this date (January 2024) hold??

Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

Is there a way to tell Microsoft how urgent this is and how many people are waiting and complain about this?
I believe you just did communicate the concern to them. 2 possibilities here… they are not committing the needed resources to develop a much desired feature for M365 which we are currently subscribed in order to focus on rolling out consistent updates to the $30 copilot upsell… or they are truly struggling to code.
One company is landing rockets back on earth and building global satellite ISPs while Microsoft is apparently struggling to get email working.
This email failure convinced me to pass on copilot. I’m losing faith in MS.
Well Microsoft just announced job cuts yesterday so prepare to be further underwhelmed by an already mediocre application. If they handle one of their core apps this way, I'm not gonna trust them to do well with Copilot.
Hopefully the job cuts are in middle management and not in decently performing engineers.
Addin this in here too to hope that the dev see it an address it. We have multiple shared emails and having to remember to scroll down through everything is a pain. Especially when collapsing the folders means reopening all the sub folders again.
