Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?

Please, please implement the function to add shared mailboxes to favorites. We are managing 5 organisations where hundreds of mails arrive every day into their shared mailboxes. Favorites are an essential function to process these mails as quickly as possible.
Rollout Start: January 2025
Can't believe Microsoft keeping us waiting.. almost 2 years from when this thread started.
This feature is a huge oversight from the Outlook dev team. Shared mailboxes hidden waaaayyy down the bottom on the list, lost in the accordion. What a stuff up.
Absolutely, same issue here, which is a pain to work with shared mailboxes. Whi Microsoft takes sooooo long to fix this regression ?! we talk about productivity here, not a fancy display !
It looks like the rollout has been delayed yet again, now to January 2025. At this point, I’m starting to wonder if this feature will ever be released—it feels like every month brings another pushback!
Is there anyone from Microsoft who can provide a clear and definitive update?
This feature is clearly in high demand—just look at all the complaints!!
At this point, it feels like Microsoft is stringing us along without any real intention of delivering.
This feature is a must so please move it up on the list of priorities.
