Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Microsoft need to stop deprecating productivity tools

Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

Microsoft need to stop deprecating productivity tools
I am having the same issue. I oversee multiple email accounts and need to easily see unread messages in that shared inbox
I can't believe after 1.5 years this is still an issue. I still use the old outlook for this very reason. I look after multiple email accounts and the Favourites was easy enough for me to see where there are new emails or to be able to switch accounts quickly.
Add me to the list of who think this is absurd and should be a priority fix.
Another frustrated user. Another change that's made the new version not fit for use.
Any idea when (or if !) this is getting fixed?
