Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
I'm with you, this is infuriating, especially since the new installer doesn't give you the option to go back to the old one.

Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

Good morning,
12 Months on and this issue is still not updated.
It is extremely frustrating as I have a couple of shared addresses that I am constantly overlooking and need to be able to add these to my favourites.
Can you advise on how we can get this feature prioritised?
Thanks
Darran
Has there been any movement on this?
Same issue.
At what point did Microsoft start thinking that it was okay to remove features from Enterprise Products without notification?
This is getting rediculous, we don't need a more friendly UI on Outlook, we need it to work as the tool it's supposed to be.
It's on the roadmap for October:
