Add folder from a shared mailbox to favorites

Hi,

I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?

    As Roady [MVP] said in this thread

    'And that's exactly why New Outlook will be in development for a long (long!) time before it will reach the general "Enterprise Ready" state and Classic Outlook will be around until at least (!) 2029.

    The Shared Mailbox experience is currently being worked on and the first iteration of it is currently scheduled to start rollout (which isn't the same as 100% availability!) in July.

    So its on its way - just not yet.

    I/We are still recommending people with shared mailboxes to use the classic/old Outlook for now.

    If we're going to be forced eventually to use this "New Outlook", lets please include features that people use in the "old Outlook"... New versions of any software should not take functionality away, it should only add functionality.

    Like all the others, this feature is a must for me. Without it outlook is not usable. Reverting to old outlook for now.
