Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

I have exactly the same problem.
I decided to try the new Outlook but reverted after a few minutes when realizing this limit.
Not offering anything new here but in the hopes that more comments lead to more attention from MS:
As nearly everyone else has already said, I tried the "new outlook" a few months ago but the lack of this feature effectively makes it unusable for me (and the rest of our organization) so reverted after about 20 minutes.
Please fix this. I have several email accounts in my Outlook, and my OST file is 50 GB, I've been switching between New Outlook and Old Outlook only to test and see if this issue is resolved or not, and to my great dismay now I cannot use the old Outlook anymore, because the New Outlook did something to my OST file so it only works with the new Outlook. Whenever I try to use Old Outlook, it freezes up and sync is disabled.
